Job summary

NiCE Singapore Professional Services team delivers AML and financial crime technology solutions across APAC, from analysis through testing and implementation. You will work with clients and regional teams across the delivery lifecycle, designing, coding and integrating complex systems.

The role emphasizes Java development, SQL proficiency, API integrations and cloud/container experience, with a hybrid work model (2 days in office, 3 days remote) in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of solution implementation experience in financial services (banking, brokerage, or insurance).
• Experience in Professional Services or enterprise software delivery.
• Strong English communication with clients and internal teams.
• Strong development experience in Java with exposure to JavaScript, scripting and API integrations.
• Strong SQL experience for implementation, troubleshooting, data analysis and performance tuning (MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and tasks.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.

Responsibilities

• Implement AML and financial crime tech solutions for delivery projects.
• Develop, configure and support components using Java, JavaScript, SQL, scripting, and APIs.
• Design and implement integrations with customer systems and third-party services.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable code aligned with quality standards.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting and operational readiness across on-prem, cloud and container environments.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, product and project teams to shape solutions.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment from sales to delivery.
• Build knowledge of NiCE Actimise solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
