Job summary
Kaliba is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Solution Engineer to join its Southeast Asia team. You will work closely with sales and engineering to understand complex warehouse operations and shape the right technical solution for customers across SEA and ANZ.
The role focuses on warehouse automation, intralogistics, and robotics, requiring proficiency in AutoCAD and strong presentation skills in Mandarin and English. You will engage early in the sales cycle and support customer requirements gathering.
Qualifications
- Experience across warehouse automation, intralogistics or material handling.
- Experience with AMR/AGV, AS/RS, conveyors, sortation or robotics.
- Ability to prepare customer presentations and collect requirements.
- Experience in a systems integrator environment.
Responsibilities

I'm working with a global warehouse automation and robotics business that is continuing to grow its Solutions team across Southeast Asia.
They're looking for a Mandarin-speaking Solution Engineer with experience across warehouse automation, intralogistics or material handling.
The role is customer-facing and will involve working closely with sales and engineering teams across the region. You'll be involved early in the sales process, understanding customer requirements, analysing warehouse operations and helping shape the right technical solution.
Ideally, you'll have experience across:
- Warehouse automation / intralogistics
- AMR / AGV, AS/RS, conveyors, sortation or robotics
- AutoCAD
- Customer presentations and requirements gathering
- Systems integrator environment
- Mandarin and English
Supporting projects across SEA & ANZ
SGD $100k-$125k fixed salary across 13 months + target bonus of 3 months' salary
