Job summary

Galaxis Technology Group in China is a leading intelligent logistics system integrator building a Southeast Asia team. We are seeking a Solution Engineer with overseas system integration experience to lead pre-sales to delivery across Southeast Asia.

You will plan projects, coordinate equipment selection (AS/RS, conveyors, sorting, AGVs, robotic arms), work with overseas clients in English, and ensure smooth project delivery with ongoing technical support.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in project planning and pre-sales solution design.
• English fluency (spoken & written) for overseas client communication.
• Experience delivering mid-to-large system integration projects.
• Proficient in factory layout, production workflow, material handling, and system optimization.
• Familiar with automated logistics equipment and system integration.

Galaxis Technology Group is a leading intelligent logistics system integrator in China, dedicated to providing automated and intelligent solutions for the manufacturing industry. Our business covers warehousing logistics, factory logistics, and intelligent sorting systems, with products and services expanding to overseas markets including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

We are building a Southeast Asia business team and looking for a Solution Engineer with overseas system integration experience to jointly develop the Southeast Asian market.

About the Role

As a Solution Engineer, you will independently take charge of overall planning for industrial system integration projects in Southeast Asia — from pre-sales technical support to solution delivery, participating in the full project lifecycle. This role requires both technical thinking and business acumen, with the ability to independently drive projects forward in overseas markets.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Solution & Bid Delivery: Collaborate with the overseas sales team to conduct client requirement research, independently deliver overall project planning, solution presentations, and bid responses. Provide complete technical documentation upon winning and support contract execution.
• Detailed Project Planning: Independently lead medium-to-large factory construction and intelligent system integration projects, including site layout design, process optimization, material flow design, and system matching to ensure full operability of proposed solutions.
• Equipment Selection & Technical Coordination: Responsible for equipment selection, quotation comparison, supplier evaluation, and detailed design for automated systems including AS/RS, conveyors, sorting systems, AGVs, and robotic arms.
• Project Delivery Support: Organize and archive project technical documents, complete handover with implementation teams, and provide ongoing technical support to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Solution Optimization: Track emerging technologies and industry trends in Southeast Asian intelligent manufacturing and system integration, continuously iterating and optimizing standardized planning solutions to enhance local market adaptability.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in project planning and pre-sales solution design, with at least 2 independently planned and delivered mid-to-large system integration projects.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written), capable of independent overseas client communication, English solution drafting, and business negotiation.
• Proficient in factory layout, production workflow, material handling, and system optimization.
• Familiar with automated logistics equipment, with hands-on capability in equipment selection and detailed design.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in project planning and pre-sales solution design.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Southeast Asia or other overseas projects.
