Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced cybersecurity pre-sales leader to guide and mentor a team of pre-sales engineers, translating customer challenges into tailored security solutions. You will deliver technical demonstrations and collaborate closely with the sales team and clients.

You will also represent the company at webinars, workshops, and industry events, showcasing deep cybersecurity knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on cybersecurity pre-sales experience.
• Proven experience leading a pre-sales or technical team.
• Extensive knowledge across a wide range of cybersecurity domains
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and Mentor a Team: Manage and coach a team of pre-sales engineers, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance feedback.
• Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for a wide range of cybersecurity solutions.
• Customer Engagement: Work directly with the sales team and customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements, then design and present tailored solutions that address their needs.
• Solution Demonstrations: Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proofs-of-concept (POCs)
• Public Speaking: Actively participate in and host webinars, workshops, and other industry events as a speaker or panelist.
