Job summary

PMCE (Global) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive C&I solar and BESS projects in Singapore.

You will build and manage a partner network, advance opportunities from initial meeting to signed contract, and hand each project to our delivery team with a complete handover. This role requires at least 3 years in B2B sales in construction or real estate, a track record of six-figure deals, and an existing network of building owners or facilities managers in Singapore.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of B2B sales or business development in construction, building services or real estate.
• A record of personally closing six figure contracts.
• An existing network of building owners, facilities managers, contractors or landlords in Singapore.
• Comfortable explaining payback, tariff savings and financing options to a business owner or finance head.
• Able to read basic drawings and attend site and rooftop surveys. Safety training will be provided.
• Organized and thorough with documentation.
• Class 3 driving license. Own vehicle is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Find and close solar and BESS projects with owners and operators of factories, warehouses and commercial buildings.
• Run the full sales process from first meeting and site visit through to proposal, payback presentation, negotiation and signed contract.
• Work with our design and costing team on system sizing and pricing, covering outright purchase, PPA and rent to own options.
• Keep the sales pipeline up to date and report on it weekly.
• Sign up and manage referral partners such as M&E contractors, main contractors, roofing contractors, consultants, facilities management companies and industrial property agents.
• Build relationships with landlords and companies that own multiple buildings, so that one relationship produces several projects.
• Work with partners who tender for projects where PMCE is the contractor and track relevant tenders.
• Represent PMCE at industry events and in joint marketing with our partners.
• Work closely with PMCE marketing team to carry out business development roles
• Hand every signed project to the C&I project team with a complete handover pack: signed contract, scope and exclusions, site survey findings, drawings, electricity data, payment milestones, client contacts and agreed dates.
• Hold a handover meeting with the project team before work starts.
• Remain the client's commercial contact until the system is commissioned, including variations and collection of milestone payments with Finance.
