Job summary

K Digitech Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive business development and solution sales across Solar PV, EV charging and Battery Energy Storage Systems in Singapore. You will manage opportunities from customer engagement through proposals, negotiation and project handover, collaborating with developers, main contractors, M&E contractors, consultants and industrial clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Renewable Energy, brings 5+ years of technical

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy or related discipline.
5+ years' experience in technical sales, solution sales or business development.
Experience in Solar PV, EV Charging, BESS, M&E, electrical systems or renewable energy preferred.
Able to understand technical specifications, drawings, BOQs and tender requirements.
Strong communication, presentation and commercial negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities across PV, EV Charging and BESS.
Build relationships with developers, main contractors, M&E contractors, consultants and end users.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Conduct site assessments and support system sizing/equipment selection with the technical team.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals and tender submissions.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract award.
Work closely with engineering/project teams for smooth project handover and execution.
Achieve sales, revenue and gross-margin targets.
