Job summary

You will mentor engineers across frontend, backend, and QA, ensure quality through reviews and testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet milestones and security requirements, while maintaining performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing scalable software systems.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to plan milestones, allocate resources and track progress.
• Hands-on software development with QA oversight and code reviews.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define overall system design and architecture including database, backend, frontend, and integrations.
• Lead the development team and break down requirements into actionable tasks.
• Review code quality and enforce development standards to ensure high quality output.
• Ensure timely delivery by monitoring progress and timelines.
• Mentor junior staff and conduct performance reviews to build team structure.
• Oversee testing before client deployment: functional, performance, and security testing.
• Plan deployment and maintenance, ensuring uptime and long-term scalability and security.
