Job summary

JOBLINE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced software delivery leader to shape and scale a high‑performing engineering organisation in Singapore.

You will mentor a broad set of managers, architects, and engineers, aligning capacity planning with project priorities and customer commitments. The role requires deep expertise in modern software architecture, DevSecOps, and AI/automation to drive secure, scalable delivery across distributed teams and offshore partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related; 15+ years of relevant experience.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary software teams.
Strong experience with full software development lifecycle for complex systems.
Experience managing multiple projects and offshore teams.
Experience establishing software engineering standards, DevSecOps pipelines, and quality controls.
Experience supporting tenders, technical proposals, and customer engagements.
Strong knowledge of modern software architecture, DevSecOps, automated testing, and release management.
Experience applying AI and automation to software engineering and delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing software engineering organisation.
Coach and mentor software managers, architects, and engineers.
Plan and manage software capacity and capabilities for projects and maintenance.
Forecast resource demand and allocate personnel across projects.
Establish and maintain a structured software development lifecycle.
Establish DevSecOps practices and automated pipelines.
Monitor software quality and delivery performance; drive improvements.
Provide technical and delivery leadership throughout project lifecycles.
