Job summary

botmind pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced software engineering leader to manage and mentor a team of engineers in Singapore. You will drive delivery across the full SDLC, plan sprints, and ensure projects ship on time and within budget.

You will shape the technical vision, architecture, and long-term engineering roadmap, guiding trade-offs without daily coding, and collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Security to align engineering goals with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and coach software engineers with regular one-on-one meetings.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Plan sprints, set milestones, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Drive the technical vision, system architecture, and long-term engineering roadmap; participate in design reviews and guide complex trade-offs.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and Security to align engineering goals with business objectives.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and agile methodologies to maximize team effectiveness and reliability.
