SEDHA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Software Engineer (Operations) to drive incident management, reliability, and scalable deployment. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps and implement solutions for observability and maintenance of our systems.

The role emphasizes incident response leadership, monitoring design, and building internal tools to reduce manual operational overhead, with on-call rotations and collaboration across teams.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of software engineering with focus on operations.
• Proficiency in Python, Java/Kotlin or TypeScript.
• Experience with PostgresDB, AWS, and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and observability.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with on-call experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and contribute to incident response during outages.
• Develop and maintain incident runbooks and escalation protocols.
• Design monitoring, alerting, and observability across systems.
• Build internal tools and dashboards for operational metrics.
• Partner with dev teams to improve reliability and deployment practices.
• Mentor teammates and participate in on-call rotations.
