Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking an Application Support Engineer for a 12-month contract in Singapore. You will provide operational technical support, assist functional teams, and help improve DR, migrations, and major maintenance.

You will enhance system reliability through automation, monitoring, and RCA, support CI/CD to speed delivery, manage incidents and escalations, and bridge development and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years UNIX/Linux experience.
• Banking environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational technical support and assist functional teams
• Improve operations (DR, migrations, major maintenance)
• Enhance system reliability (automation, monitoring, alerting, RCA)
• Support CI/CD implementation to improve delivery timelines
• Manage incidents, escalations, and service delivery
• Standardize and optimize workflows and processes
• Promote knowledge sharing and documentation
• Bridge gap between development and operations
• Maintain and support system-level code as required
