Strong scripting and Linux skills are essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Min 3 years in enterprise infrastructure; 1 year in monitoring/logging.
Experience with observability tools and transitioning to modern observability.
Proficiency in Linux, scripting, and infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

Maintain Elastic SaaS-based observability platform with monitoring, metrics, logging, and visualization.
Collaborate with vendors to design telemetry pipelines for logs, metrics, and AI/ML features using Elastic Stack and Logstash.
Onboard existing infrastructure devices to the observability platform.
Develop anomaly detection, pattern analysis, self-healing, infra resizing, noise reduction and outage prediction.
Create visualizations and dashboards for infra and security.
Provide end-user support for report customization and dashboards.
