Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 1+ year of applied experience.
• Baseline knowledge of software, applications and technical processes.
• Working knowledge of enterprise AI capabilities in software workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI-assisted code and ensure security and data handling requirements.
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve goals and foster an inclusive culture.
• Demonstrated ability to code in one or more languages.

Responsibilities

• Executes basic software solution design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate design and coding, with tests and documentation.
• Writes secure and high-quality code with guidance.
• Interprets architecture, design, and nonfunctional requirements to ensure secure, stable software.
• Applies automation to reduce manual toil in the SDLC.
• Gathers and analyzes basic data sets for troubleshooting and insights.
• Applies AI-assisted SDLC practices for security and auditability.
