Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience in large corporate environments with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches.
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run with related systems.
• Leverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity with peer review and secure coding standards.
• Applies knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle toolchain including AI-assisted development to improve value realized by automation.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures design constraints are met by code development.
• Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and visualizes data to support continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
• Proactively identifies hidden data patterns and uses insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.
