Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our software development team in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications. You will oversee technical development, mentor developers, ensure software quality, and deliver projects on schedule.

The role requires 5+ years in software development with 2+ years in leadership, proficiency in multiple languages and frameworks, cloud and DevOps experience, and strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in leadership or senior programming role.
• Strong proficiency in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Go.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of SQL and database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
