Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead our software development team, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality applications. You will oversee technical development, define architecture, and guide projects from design to deployment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure security and performance, and maintain documentation while driving continuous improvement across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years software development experience.
• At least 2 years in leadership or senior programming roles.
• Strong knowledge of Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Go.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical development, mentoring developers, ensuring software quality, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior programming role.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Go.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI, automation, or machine learning projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• PMP, Scrum Master, AWS, Azure, or other relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.
