Job summary

Infrasoft Technologies Limited is seeking a Software Developer passionate about scalable solutions with exposure to ServiceNow and AI-automation projects. You will design, develop and deliver workflows, catalog items, and integrations, growing toward architect-level responsibilities.

You will collaborate in Agile teams, work across modules (CSM, HRSD, ITOM, FSM, IRM) and partner with senior architects to implement enterprise-grade solutions using IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• CSA certification with at least one CIS certification.
• Experience in one or more ServiceNow modules (CSM, HRSD, ITOM, FSM, IRM).
• Hands-on Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Build catalog items, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
• CSA certification with at least one CIS certification
• Experience in one or more ServiceNow modules (CSM, HRSD, ITOM, FSM, IRM)
• Hands-on Agile delivery experience
