New Hope Community Services Limited is seeking a Social Worker to drive our mission of supporting displaced and disadvantaged individuals. You will conduct intake assessments, provide counselling, and help clients access external resources, working with cross-functional teams and community partners to create meaningful impact.

You will engage in case management, group work, and outreach events, while maintaining accurate documentation and preparing for audits.

Formación

• Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Registered Social Worker with SASW.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake assessments and case management sessions for clients.
• Provide counselling and help clients access external resources and services.
• Engage in group work and community outreach activities.
• Maintain timely social reports and documentation for funders and audits.
• Lead and coordinate projects aligned with programme goals.
