Job summary

New Hope Community Services in Singapore is seeking a Programme Executive to drive the strategic development and execution of programmes and events for displaced and disadvantaged residents. You will oversee planning, implementation and evaluation to ensure impact and alignment with organisational goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, community partners and stakeholders, coordinating intake, admissions and referrals, and monitoring outcomes with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or related industry.
• Relevant volunteering experience in the Social Service sector is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage programmes and services based on community needs assessments and organisational goals.
• Create and maintain programme policies, procedures, and guidelines for quality and compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate programme performance with KPIs and reporting.
