Job summary

New Hope Community Services Limited is seeking a Programme Executive to drive strategic development and execution of programmes/events, supporting displaced and disadvantaged residents. You will oversee planning, implementation and evaluation aligned with organisational goals, working with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver holistic support.

The role emphasises intake/admissions, collaboration with partners, and reporting on outcomes, with a focus on community impact and compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in relevant disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or related industry.
• Relevant volunteering experience in the Social Service sector would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage programmes and services based on community needs assessments and organisational goals.
• Create and maintain programme policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate programme performance, including tracking outcomes and reporting on KPIs.
• Conduct intake and admissions for referrals and coordinate admissions of Tenants.
• Facilitate orientations/admissions of Tenants and collaborate with partners to enhance service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments and RO to ensure alignment of programmes/events with objectives.
• Provide direct support and advocacy for Tenants, maintaining confidentiality.
• Prepare and submit regular statistics and data reports to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records related to program activities and Tenant interactions.
• Familiarise with Internal Standards of Practice and report to Reporting Officer.
• Attend internal meetings and participate in day-to-day operations.
