Overall Purpose

We are looking for passionate individuals committed to the cause of enabling socially disadvantage low-income families and communities realise their aspirations of getting out of the poverty cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with community partners and government agencies to enable a safe and caring environment for children and adults we serve in the community.
• Provide casework and counseling interventions, asset building with families, and engage in community-centric practices to involve the community intentionally for social change.

Requirements:

• Believe that people and communities have intrinsic strengths and resources that can be harnessed for the betterment of family and community life.
• Knowledge and experience with social work interventions, social policies, and community engagement
• Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work or related disciplines from recognised universities
• Accredited Social Worker
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant social work experience.
• Strong analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
