About Youth Department: Fei Yue started youth work in 1996, providing school counselling services for students. Today, our team of trained Social Workers, Counsellors and Youth Workers provide professional help to youths and families through a variety of youth programmes and counselling services. We work closely with partners such as MSF, Police, secondary and tertiary schools, youth organisations, and parents, to provide both educational and counselling services for at-risk youths.

Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative and operational support to the YouthGO! Programme which includes data entry, minutes taking, handle requests and queries, organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Assist in maintaining centre day-to-day operations and centre maintenance.
  • Liaise with partners and stakeholders on corporate services, finance, facilities
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma in Social Work or any diploma but pursuing Social Work degree
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of experience within the social service sector
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good attitude and able to work in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work with tight timeline
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
