Job summary

Qualifications

• GCE A-Level with at least 3 passes or recognised equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Assistance Scheme application processing experience.
• Experience in assistance programmes, social welfare schemes or similar benefit programmes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and enquiry-handling skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Verify application details and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify missing information, discrepancies or clarification requirements.
• Contact applicants and relevant parties through phone or email to obtain further information.
• Perform data entry and update application records accurately.
• Review and verify information against relevant systems and documentation.
• Maintain proper records and documentation throughout the application process.
• Track application status and ensure timely completion.
• Handle applicant enquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Follow established SOPs and processing requirements.
