Job summary

DONNA IBOUTIQUE PTE. LTD in Singapore is seeking a dedicated content creator to plan, produce and publish engaging social media content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.

In this role, you will develop concepts, scripts and captions aligned with campaigns, conduct photo and video shoots at outlets and events, and edit videos using CapCut, Canva or Adobe Premiere Pro. You will monitor performance, collaborate with Operations, and help showcase customer experiences, promotions

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Media, Advertising or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in content creation or social media marketing is an advantage.
• Strong creative sense with good understanding of social media trends.
• Good photography and videography skills.
• Proficient in video and photo editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Comfortable appearing in videos or working with models/staff for content production.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willing to travel between outlets for content production when required.
• Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.

• Collaborate with the Operations teams to develop content that promotes products, services, promotions and brand campaigns.
• Create content that showcases customer experiences, services, staff activities, promotions and company events.
• Work with influencers/KOLs where required to support marketing campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and provide suggestions to improve engagement, reach and conversions.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure content is produced and posted according to schedule.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the Company's branding and communication guidelines.
• Support other marketing and promotional activities as assigned by Management.
