Job summary

Jabil Singapore seeks a skilled Test Engineer to design, develop and maintain ICT and Flying Probe test procedures for electronic circuit board production. You will review designs for testability, support manufacturing with failure analysis and optimize test programs to minimize downtime.

Role requires hands-on experience with ICT and AXI testers, plus strong troubleshooting, calibration, and reporting skills to drive engineering decisions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related experience/training.
• Hands-on ICT and Flying Probe testing experience required.
• Ability to tune test programs to fix No Defect Found or FPY issues.

Responsibilities

• Review circuit board designs for testability requirements.
• Support manufacturing with failure analysis and tester debugging to reduce downtime.
• Develop and maintain ICT/AXI test procedures and documentation from design through initial production.
• Generate reports and data analyses to support testing decisions and process improvements.
