Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Five to ten years of experience in engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview Test Engineers I & II, coach them through interviewing and hiring processes.
• Identify development needs, create or validate training curriculums, and mentor staff to achieve excellence for internal and external customers.
• Set measurable goals and provide ongoing feedback to improve performance and key operational metrics.
• Coordinate large team activities, ensure fair recognition, and drive continuous improvement across the workcell.
• Define and implement Test Engineering strategies aligned with campus directions and report progress to leadership.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor departmental cost trends while maintaining quality.
