Job summary

Jabil Circuit (Singapore) PTE. LTD. seeks a Direct Junior Test Engineer to lead within assigned responsibilities with high efficiency and integrity, and to design and maintain test procedures, tester hardware, and software for electronic circuit board production.

You will recruit, mentor, and develop junior engineers, set measurable goals, and drive improvements across the test engineering function while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring and interviewing junior engineers or technicians.
• Ability to coach and mentor Test Engineers I & II.
• Experience setting measurable goals and tracking performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview junior Test Engineers.
• Coach and mentor Test Engineers I & II to deliver excellence.
• Monitor team turnover and drive improvements.
• Define and implement test engineering strategies.
• Coordinate large team activities during crises.
• Provide training and assistance to Test Engineers.
