Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• Three to five years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business communications and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain test procedures and tester hardware for electronic circuit board production.
• Lead and coach technicians in interviewing and hiring processes, and drive team performance.
• Review test equipment designs and generate reports and recommendations based on test data.
• Coordinate engineering and testing activities to ensure quality and uptime in production.
