Job summary

Jabil Circuit (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking Direct Test Engineers I & II to operate within assigned responsibilities with a high level of efficiency, integrity and enthusiasm, designing, developing and maintaining test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.

The role includes leading teams, recruiting and coaching test engineers, driving performance metrics, and implementing test strategies, while ensuring safety and quality in all testing activities at

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5–10 years of relevant test engineering experience.
• Experience with Medical ISO 13485 and FDA inspections is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to design and implement test procedures and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and interview Test Engineers I & II and coach team through hiring.
• Develop training curriculums and mentor staff to deliver quality results.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively within the department and with stakeholders.
• Define test engineering strategies and contribute to campus direction.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize testing processes.
• Manage the test engineering function for standard and custom devices.
• Provide training and support to test engineers and customers.
