Job summary

Jabil Singapore is seeking Direct Test Engineers I & II to design, develop, and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit boards in our manufacturing operations. You will recruit and coach engineers, set performance goals, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvements to ensure quality and on‑time production.

This role requires cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, quality and production teams, adherence to safety, and hands‑on leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of related test engineering experience preferred.
• Experience in leading or mentoring teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain test procedures for electronic circuit boards.
• Lead recruitment and coaching of Test Engineers I & II.
• Set performance goals and monitor operational metrics.
