Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku is Southeast Asia's leading SME digital finance platform with operations in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam. As a Relationship Manager, you will own a growing book of SME borrowers and build relationships with business owners and referral partners to drive deals from prospecting to disbursement.

You will actively acquire new clients, manage a strong pipeline, and participate in networking events to generate opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in SME financing or B2B sales.
• Strong hunter mindset with ability to win new business.
• Network of SME decision makers or referral partners is an advantage.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable in a target-driven environment.
• Good communication in English and at least one second language.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new SME clients through calls, canvassing, networking, and referrals.
• Build and manage a pipeline of SME borrowers and drive deals from prospecting to disbursement.
• Develop relationships with business owners and referral partners to generate deal flow.
• Attend networking and referral events to originate new opportunities.
• Think with a commercial mindset balancing customer needs with profitability and risk.
