Job summary

SEARCH INDEX PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an energetic SME loan sales professional to identify and secure financing solutions for small and medium enterprises. The role focuses on caveat loans and secured business lending, building a client network and managing deals end-to-end.

You will assess client needs, tailor loan structures, coordinate with credit and operations, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining a robust sales pipeline to hit targets.

• Prior experience in Loan / Property / Insurance Sales is preferred.

• Identify and acquire new SME clients with financing needs.
• Promote and advise on caveat loans and secured business lending solutions.
• Assess clients’ financial situations and propose suitable loan structures.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong and long-term client relationships.
• Work closely with internal credit and operations teams to facilitate approvals and disbursement.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and provide a positive client experience.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets.
