Job summary

Secured Lending Solutions in Singapore seeks an experienced sales professional to drive SME loan, property, and insurance lending solutions in the West region. You will identify and acquire new SME clients, promote secure lending products, and assess client needs to propose suitable loan structures.

From lead generation to loan disbursement, you will manage the full sales cycle, build lasting client relationships, and coordinate with credit and operations to secure approvals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in SME Loan / Property / Insurance Sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working towards targets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source leads and build own client network.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new SME clients with financing needs.
• Promote and advise on caveat loans and secured business lending solution
• Assess clients’ financial situations and propose suitable loan structure
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Work closely with internal credit and operations team to facilitate approvals and disbursement
• Ensure smooth onboarding and provide a positive client experience
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets.
