Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in commercial loan sales/SME financing.
• Experience in financial services or lending preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and acquire new commercial loan clients.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client financial needs and recommend financing solutions.
• Provide high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and maintain accurate client records and loan applications.
