Job summary

PayPal is seeking a commercially minded SMB Commercial Manager to lead growth initiatives across the IGM SMB portfolio in a global payment solutions environment. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth while managing vendor relationships and scalable operating models.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and strong stakeholder management to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business strategy, commercial management, growth, consulting, business operations, vendor management, or a related field.
• Proven experience operating in the B2B fintech/payments/e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across the SMB lifecycle to drive acquisition and revenue.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Design go-to-market programs to increase merchant attach and adoption.
• Manage vendor relationships with onboarding, governance, and KPI tracking.
• Monitor growth KPIs and report findings to senior leadership.
