Job summary
IFSC PTE. LTD. is hiring an Electrical Pre-Sales Engineer for its Smart Metering division. The role is customer-facing, translating AMI and IoT technology into value propositions and architecting bespoke solutions to win high-value contracts.
You will lead pre-sales engagements, conduct site surveys, develop end-to-end metering architectures, deliver technical demos, respond to RFPs, and collaborate with product, engineering and sales teams to align technical and commercial targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in smart metering or related utility tech.
- Experience with AMI hardware and metering protocols.
- Proven bid support experience in B2B tech sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical pre-sales engagements with customers.
- Conduct site surveys to assess requirements.
- Architect end-to-end smart metering solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, BOMs, and compliance matrices.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and sales teams.
- Support post-sale handover and delivery alignment.
