Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking a driven Sales Engineer/Business Development professional with experience in BMS, building automation, HVAC controls, or smart building solutions. You will drive growth by introducing innovative BMS and building automation solutions to commercial, industrial, and high-value projects.

Responsibilities include developing relationships, identifying new opportunities, promoting solutions, and managing the sales process end-to-end while collaborating with engineering

Qualifications

• Experience in BMS, building automation or HVAC controls.
• Strong understanding of ELV and M&E systems.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into customer value.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with building owners, consultants, and contractors.
• Identify opportunities and generate sales leads in the smart building space.
• Promote BMS, automation and HVAC solutions to clients.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Manage sales process from enquiry to closing and coordinate with project teams.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and meet targets.
