Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Singapore is seeking a results-driven System Integrator Sales Manager to expand our presence in the commercial security and digital access solutions market. This role will focus on developing relationships with System Integrators (SI), access control partners, security solution providers, and smart building ecosystem players to drive specification, project conversion, and sales growth.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, IT, Electronics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in security, access control, building automation, ELV, or smart building solutions.
Proven track record in project sales and channel management.
Strong network within the Singapore security integration ecosystem is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, commercially driven, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow business with System Integrators, security installers, and access control partners.
Drive specification and project opportunities from design stage through to award.
Promote ASSA ABLOY's portfolio of access control, electromechanical locking, wireless locking, and digital access solutions.
Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, project owners, and key channel partners.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within healthcare, data centres, commercial buildings, education, hospitality, and critical infrastructure sectors.
Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates.
Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, and partner training sessions.
