Job summary

Easmed is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist for the Sleep portfolio to train and support healthcare professionals and patients in using sleep/respiratory devices. You will prepare materials, conduct on-site trainings, and collaborate with sales for business opportunities.

The role requires a nursing, biomedical, or science degree with at least 2 years in the medical sector, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing or Bio-medical Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the medical sector.
• Growth mindset with ownership towards execution and results; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and assistance on sleep/respiratory devices to end-users.
• Conduct training for medical professionals, allied health personnel, patients and sales team.
• Offer on-call support and ensure patient safety during diagnostics and therapy processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers/Specialists and Sales Managers to develop training materials and assessments.
• Prepare and conduct in-service training for allied health and healthcare personnel.
