Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and caregivers, delivering frontline service.
• Manage patient check-in, registration, and appointment coordination for sleep studies, CPAP trials, and follow-ups.
• Explain CPAP trial processes, equipment handling, and aftercare expectations.
• Handle patient inquiries and feedback with professional resolution or escalation.
• Support CPAP trial setups, device fittings, and data downloads; maintain accurate documentation.
