Job summary

Puricare Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a reliable Site Technician (Service) to install, repair and service water dispenser equipment on customer sites. You will ensure operational readiness and provide basic customer training where needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license (Class 2 & 3) to travel to service locations.
• Experience in on-site installation, maintenance or repair of equipment.
• Proficient troubleshooting of electrical/electronic systems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and commissioning of water dispenser equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment on-site to resolve technical issues promptly
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to maintain equipment efficiency
• Test and verify equipment performance after installation or repairs to ensure quality standards
• Provide technical support and basic operational training to customers to enhance user experience
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports and maintenance records for documentation and compliance
• Follow company procedures and safety standards to ensure safe and effective work practices
• Coordinate with operations team and customers to schedule and manage service appointments efficiently
• Maintain service tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted service delivery
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support team objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in field service, equipment installation, maintenance, or repair
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills applied to electrical and electronic systems
• Good knowledge of electrical and electronic systems relevant to water dispenser equipment
• Good communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with customers
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site assignments efficiently
