Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Senior Surveyor to lead site surveying operations on construction projects. You will plan resources, schedule daily activities, establish control points and ensure instrument maintenance to support accurate setting-out.

You will work closely with project teams, verify readings, support shop drawings and as-built records, and attend site meetings with clients to ensure progress and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan site surveying operations, including resource allocation, work scheduling and coordination of daily survey activities.
• Establish survey control points, benchmarks and levels to support construction and setting-out works.
• Coordinate surveying activities with project, production and site teams to meet construction schedules.
• Ensure surveying instruments, including Total Stations and levelling equipment, are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Support the preparation and verification of shop drawings, as-built survey drawings and setting-out records.
• Ensure all survey readings and measurements are accurate, complete and recorded within the required timelines.
• Attend project and site meetings and liaise with clients on surveying requirements, technical matters and progress.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to verify setting-out accuracy and support project quality assurance and control.
• Identify and report surveying discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant project personnel.
• Perform other surveying and project-related duties as assigned.
