Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Lead Surveyor to plan and lead site surveying operations across construction projects, ensuring precise measurements and timely reporting. You will allocate resources, schedule daily surveys and coordinate with project teams to meet construction timelines.

Responsibilities include establishing survey control points, maintaining Total Stations and levelling equipment, verifying readings, and liaising with clients on surveying requirements.

• Lead and plan site surveying operations, including resource allocation, work scheduling and coordination of daily survey activities.
• Establish survey control points, benchmarks and levels to support construction and setting-out works.
• Coordinate surveying activities with project, production and site teams to meet construction schedules.
• Ensure surveying instruments, including Total Stations and levelling equipment, are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Support the preparation and verification of shop drawings, as-built survey drawings and setting-out records.
• Ensure all survey readings and measurements are accurate, complete and recorded within the required timelines.
• Attend project and site meetings and liaise with clients on surveying requirements, technical matters and progress.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to verify setting-out accuracy and support project quality assurance and control.
• Identify and report surveying discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant project personnel.
• Perform other surveying and project-related duties as assigned.
