Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator in Singapore to oversee various project activities.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders to ensure schedules, budgets and quality targets are met across the project lifecycle. The role involves reviewing drawings, MOS, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and monitoring safety, QC, and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee construction project activities to meet project schedules, budgets and quality requirements.
• Work with the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders to plan work schedules and monitor project progress.
• Review construction drawings, technical submissions and method statements (MOS).
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve design and site issues.
• Monitor site works, quality standards and safety compliance.
• Review project costs, contractor invoices and variation claims.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
• Prepare progress reports and carry out other duties assigned by management.
