Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a site surveyor to carry out daily surveying and setting-out at construction sites in Singapore. You will establish survey points, verify levels and coordinates, and coordinate with engineers and site staff to ensure alignment with the project schedule.

The role requires operating Total Stations and levelling instruments, maintaining equipment, and preparing as-built drawings and measurement records for timely submission.

Qualifications

• Experience in site surveying and setting-out to drawings and specs.
• Ability to verify measurements and ensure accuracy on site.
• Familiar with reporting and record-keeping for surveys.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and coordinate daily site surveying and setting-out activities in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
• Establish and verify survey points, benchmarks, reference lines and levels at the construction site.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers and production personnel to ensure surveying works align with construction progress.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Total Stations and levelling instruments, and report any equipment issues.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built survey drawings and related site measurement records.
• Perform setting-out works and check actual site conditions against approved construction drawings.
• Take and record survey measurements accurately and ensure all required information is submitted on time.
• Attend site coordination meetings and communicate with clients on site surveying matters.
• Conduct periodic site checks to verify dimensions, levels and alignment as part of quality control.
• Carry out other related tasks assigned by the project team.
