Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Lead Surveyor in Singapore to lead land and engineering surveying activities across a construction project. You will plan daily surveying operations, supervise data collection, verify coordinates, levels, and alignment, and operate Total Station and related equipment.

You will review drawings, reports and as-built measurements, coordinate with BIM and civil teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with specifications and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate land and engineering surveying activities throughout the construction project.
• Plan daily surveying operations and supervise survey data collection, calculations and verification.
• Establish and verify site boundaries, coordinates, levels and construction alignment.
• Operate and oversee the use of Total Station and other surveying equipment.
• Check subcontractors' setting-out works and support QA/QC inspections.
• Coordinate with construction, BIM and technical teams to resolve surveying discrepancies.
• Review setting-out drawings, survey reports and as-built measurements.
• Identify deviations from approved drawings and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure surveying works meet project specifications, accuracy standards and safety requirements.
