Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Site Surveyor to plan and execute surveying and setting-out activities aligned with project specifications and construction schedules.

You will establish and maintain survey control points, coordinate with project teams, perform measurements with total stations and levelling instruments, and contribute to shop drawings and quality documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage surveying and setting-out activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings and construction schedules.
• Establish, check and maintain site survey control points, coordinates, elevations and reference levels.
• Coordinate daily survey requirements with project, production and site teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Perform site measurements and setting-out works using appropriate surveying instruments and established procedures.
• Maintain and check surveying equipment, including total stations and levelling instruments, and arrange calibration or servicing when necessary.
• Support the preparation and verification of shop drawings, as-built survey drawings and other technical documentation.
• Record, verify and maintain survey readings and measurement data for project reference and quality assurance.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders to resolve surveying-related matters.
• Carry out periodic site inspections and verification checks to identify discrepancies and support quality control.
• Report surveying issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure that construction works meet the required accuracy and quality standards.
