Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent site surveyor to oversee daily surveying operations on construction sites in Singapore.

You will set up survey control points, verify levels, and coordinate with construction and production teams to support work planning. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining total stations and levelling instruments, preparing as-built drawings, ensuring data accuracy, and reporting discrepancies to relevant teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in field surveying and site verification.
• Familiar with setting-out data and shop/as-built drawings.
• Able to communicate with coordinating teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily site surveying operations in accordance with project schedules and construction requirements.
• Set up, establish and verify survey control points, benchmarks, reference points and levels on site.
• Coordinate surveying activities with the construction and production teams to support work planning and execution.
• Operate, inspect and maintain surveying equipment, including total stations and levelling instruments, ensuring proper calibration and reliable performance.
• Assist in preparing and updating shop drawings, as-built survey drawings and setting-out data based on actual site conditions.
• Carry out setting-out activities and provide survey information to facilitate accurate construction works.
• Verify measurements and survey readings to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely submission of survey records.
• Attend site coordination meetings and communicate with clients, consultants and other stakeholders regarding surveying requirements.
• Conduct routine site checks and inspections to verify setting-out accuracy and compliance with approved drawings and quality requirements.
• Identify and report discrepancies between survey data, drawings and actual site conditions, and coordinate follow-up actions with the relevant teams.
