ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor (Waste Management Operations) to manage on-site waste collection activities at Tuas.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external partners, supervising workers and subcontractors, and ensuring safety and compliance with environmental policies. Working hours are 5.5 days with shift timing from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri) and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Mechanical/Operations/Engineering or related field.
• Valid Class 3/3A driving licence.
• Completed Safety Orientation Courses (e.g., working in power plants and construction sites).
• Work-at-Height Supervisor certification preferred.
• Experience in high-pressure hydro jetting is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate waste collection at customer sites with internal teams and external partners.
• Work with customer site coordinators to understand needs and provide timely clarifications.
• Oversee projects and coordinate with customers on specifications/schedules.
• Identify, track and resolve site risks and issues promptly.
• Supervise workers and subcontractors on-site and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
• Assist the Project Manager in customer management, including monitoring satisfaction and addressing feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health policies and review risk assessments.
• Train workers on procedures and equipment usage.
• Arrange transportation for workers to job sites, including outside regular hours.

Working Location: Tuas (Company transportation provided)

Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Retention Bonus + Incentive + Transport Allowance + AWS

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure waste collection at customer sites meets requirements.
• Work closely with customer site coordinators to understand needs and provide timely clarifications.
• Oversee new and ongoing projects, coordinating with customers on specifications and schedules to meet requirements.
• Identify, track, and resolve site risks and issues promptly.
• Supervise workers and subcontractors on-site, ensuring work is carried out effectively and escalating issues to the Project Manager.
• Assist the Project Manager in customer management, including monitoring satisfaction, addressing feedback, and tracking operational changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health policies, and review work activities and risk assessments (JSRA).
• Train workers on job requirements, site procedures, and proper use of equipment.
• Coordinate transportation for workers to and from job sites, including for urgent or emergency situations outside regular working hours.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Mechanical, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
