Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to support waste management services. You will manage new and existing projects, coordinating with customers on their specifications, schedules, and site requirements.

You will supervise on-site workers and subcontractors, liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure safety and compliance, and help mitigate risks for efficient operations. Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm.

Qualifications

• ITE in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Possess Class 3/3A driving license.
• Safety Orientation Course (Working in Power Plant and Construction) is a plus.
• Supervise Work at Height Course is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing projects, coordinating with customers on specifications, schedules, and waste collection requirements.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers to ensure compliance with site-specific waste collection requirements.
• Coordinate with customer site operations coordinators to understand operational needs, clarify requirements, and resolve service-related matters.
• Oversee on-site workers and subcontractors, monitor performance, and escalate issues to the Project Manager for resolution.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project site risks and issues to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Support the Project Manager in implementing customer care initiatives and tracking changes in customer personnel, equipment, processes, and strategies.

Basic Up to: $3500 + AWS + VB + Sign-on Bonus + $120 transport allowance if possess own transport TUAS

Working hours

Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm), Saturday (8am - 12pm)

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage new and existing projects, coordinating with customers on their specifications, schedules, and waste collection requirements to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers to ensure compliance with site-specific waste collection requirements.
• Coordinate closely with customer site operations coordinators to understand operational needs, clarify requirements, and resolve service-related matters.
• Oversee on-site workers and subcontractors, monitor work performance, and escalat workforce or operational issues to the Project Manager for resolution.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project site risks and issues to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Support the Project Manager in implementing customer care initiatives, monitoring customer satisfaction and complaints, and tracking changes in customer personnel, equipment, processes, materials, and business strategies.

You will need:

• Min ITE in Mechanical Engineering
• Possess min Class 3/3A license
